Human Resource Manager Required
If you have a minimum of four years Senior HR experience, a high degree of professionalism and integrity we have a fantastic opportunity for you to work for one of the leading Offshore Software Development Company.
 
Responsibilities include:
1. Planning, organizing and supervising the activities and staff in the areas of employee relations,     retention, training and development.
2. Review compensation and benefits.
3. Develop and submit budgeted figures for increment/bonus. Reviews performance of all     employees.
4. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of human resources programs and activities.
5. Develop and submit new HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
6. Monitors and advises Operations Manager/ take actions on personnel trends and issues.
7. Plan, organize and supervise recruitment. Direct the Equal Employment Opportunity program in     hiring and promotion decisions.
8. Directs the investigation and implementation of suspensions, reductions, discharges and other     disciplinary actions.
9. Meet with department heads, line managers, employees and job applicants to discuss HR     matters.
 
The candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, be self motivated and have ability to take initiatives. An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, superior time management skills and organisational abilities. Knowledge of employment law and HR procedures is required together with the ability to lead and drive change. Previous experience within the software development sector would be an advantage.
